School Health-Related Services – Draft Rates Public Review and Comment
On October 9, 2026, the Department with our vendor Milliman, will host an online public forum to present the recommended draft rates, rate models, and supporting rationale for certain school health-related services. Interested parties will have the opportunity to provide public comments.
Following the presentation, the draft rates and models will be available online, and vendor Milliman will accept written comments. We will summarize all comments and include an explanation of whether and how we incorporated the feedback into the final rate determination.
As providers and other interested parties, your feedback is important. We encourage your participation. In preparation of this forum, please review presented materials to date on the MaineCare Rate System Reform webpage.
