Education Department General Administration Regulations
Title 34 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), which pertains to the U.S. Department of Education (ED) and related Federal entities, is composed of several hundred parts. Parts 74-99 of that title are collectively known as the Education Department General Administrative Regulations (EDGAR). These parts contain regulations for administering discretionary and formula grants awarded by ED.
